Total Mink Shipping Policy

Total Mink is open from Monday - Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.  

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. After you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 5 business days for the package to arrive.

All orders will receive a tracking number for a flat rate of $3.00. 

Total Mink is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for shipments. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact info@totalmink.com within 5 days from the last scanned date. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Total Mink is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Total Mink has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to fulfillment facility. 

Order Cancellation & Changes

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled.
